Paid sick days, 10 days of paid holidays and 10 days of paid vacation. Paid sick days are not limited, but should not be abused. Vacation is accrued monthly beginning on the first full month following 20 days of employment.
Optional Health and Dental insurance which may require some premium contributions on your part. The insurance is either a PPO (Preferred Provider Option) plan or a high deductible plan with a Health Savings Account that are administered through United Healthcare. This is subject to change at each annual renewal. There is a 30-day waiting period before you are eligible for enrollment in either of the plans.

Company funded long term disability insurance, which pays about 60% of your salary, is available 90 days after employment.
Optional 401(k) with company matching of 100% of the first 3% of your salary contributions and 50% of the next 2% of your salary contribution. Enrollment can only start at the beginning of a calendar quarter after an initial 90-day waiting period.
