Our People
Roger Franklin
President & Chief Executive Officer: Roger began working for Crystal at the age of 15. By age 17 he exhausted the mathematics offerings of high school and before completing his senior year enrolled at Oglethorpe University. Transferring to the Georgia Institute of Technology, he graduated in only three years. Since this time, Roger remained with Crystal holding a number of positions with increasing responsibility. He gained experience in all facets of the business with particular emphasis on product development. Roger acquired the business in 2007.
Richard Purgason
Chief Operating Officer: Richard brings 30 years of business experience to Crystal. His background in Product Development, Production Management, Plant Design, Operations, and Sales has been instrumental in Crystal’s recent growth. A Chemical Engineer by training, Richard has been with Crystal since 2006.
Joe Cleveland
Account Representative: Joe has earned a stellar reputation in the monitor and control market. His career, spanning more than 25 years, has been exclusively in the satellite industry, and monitor and control. Joe has earned his reputation for superior service, technical skill and integrity in engineering, system design and customer service.
